A "Moss-covered three-handled family credenza" contest...

My friend Wendi laughed out loud when I was describing my new "invention"...a do it yourself setup designed for multitasking.  (My sisters, however, are accustomed to these efforts, and  didn't even bat an eye)

So here's the deal...Can you guess what this setup is for?  Let's make it interesting, shall we?  The first person that

1. Guesses the purpose of my set up  and  2. Submits and original name for said setup

wins a free bar of Heirloom Soapworks soap -any variety!  How's that for a way to get the silliness going on a Wednesday?

Here's the photo:

Hope you have a fun Wednesday, soap friends!   We'll close this contest and choose a winner on Nov 6, a.m.

I believe it is a brilliant invention to get excercise while ironing? An iron-bike board? To do some "iron-biking" or "excer-ironing" with your "excer-ironing board"? Niiiiiiice! xo Jen

Jen, you're right on the exercise part, but I'm almost allergic to ironing! More fun than ironing, and not wrapping soap (although I LOVE Ambra's idea, and I'm going to try it!) Please feel free to take another guess if you like! :D ~Becky

Haha! Too funny. I'm always trying to find ways to multitask too. I'm a big fan of the treadmill and computer workstation combo. I would name it "Tri-tasking" and use it as a desk!

C'bong, YOU GOT IT! "A mile a mail ThingaThong" -perfect!
For the last week I've been FORCING myself to be a pedalin' while I'm 'puterin'! I can stay on this monster much longer while emailing, shopping and blogging. Before I know it, 30 minutes is GONE! WOO HOO! (I don't "waste" time on the 'puter anymore -I wate CALORIES!) :D

Let me know your choice of the Sista's soap, o.k.? I'll send it along w/ the Almond Goat Milk Swirl. Thanks for playin'!

Hmm... let me take a wild guess... it looks like you plan to exercise while wrapping your lovely soaps at the same time? (ironing board = working space?)

You guys are such a hoot! Great minds think alike, eh? C'bong guessed correctly,I pedal while playing er, working on the computer and now my contraption has a name! "The Mile a Mail Thing-a-Thong". Thanks for the soap-wrapping suggestion, though...I am planning on trying it. (And yes, I am pedaling now...please excuse any typos!) Becky :D

I guess I will have to exclude myself as I received a hint yesterday as to this contraption. I guess now you are out of the closet with it. The visual is quite entertaining! You go girl! Way to go don't let that internet time go to waste. Way to be productive!lol! :)

YAY!!! I shouldn't have participated in this one - my apologies to the others - since I already was the lucky winner of one of your soaps, but I just couldn't contain myself when I saw The Thingathong, because it reminded me of things I do with my ironing board..which is eveything but ironing on it!

That is awesome! I'm suddenly regretting giving up the stationery bike I had in law school. Of course, mine was VERY stationery... but made for a good drying rack for dryer-unfriendly clothes.

I'm a COLLECTOR.....constantly buying, selling, trading (but RARELY using) exercise equipment. It was my very first love, and to this day I find it hard to pass up ANY exercise machine at a garage sale...you just never know when you'll be inspired and actually USE one, right? :D
