“Luke 2:7″ Christmas Soaps -your opinion, please…

To glitter or not to glitter, THAT is the question!

The limited edition “Luke 2:7″ Christmas soaps are on the curing rack, but I can’t decide on one thing:  are they prettier and more evocative of Baby Jesus’ glorious presence:
with glitter or without?

Here’s a picture of both versions, with and without glitter. Please feel free to comment and let me know which you prefer:
"And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in strips of cloth and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn"    Luke 2:7.

The camera doesn't pick up all of the glitter, but I think you can get an idea of the different looks from the picture.

Thanks for visiting, and Happy Soaping everyone!

That is seriously clever. I LOVE the manger scene! I think you can go either way on the glitter--no glitter for His humble, earthly birth, or glitter for His arrival as the King of Kings. They're both fitting!!

I prefer without glitter... I usually think on the practical and purpose side. I people are washing, they probably won't want glitter on their hands? Or body? But they both look beautiful!! xo Jen

No glitter for me :). Although I can actually tolerate glitter around christmas time, but otherwise not really. But it's a personal thing, I think.
