Home Made Soap Satisfaction!

I know ol' Mick had trouble with Satisfaction, but me?  As a maker of home made soap, nothing feels quite like a box full of my "babies" that are cured, labeled, packed & ready for shipping to someone anxiously awaiting them!

Those of us who make handmade soap can appreciate all the steps that go into turning out a market-ready product.  From planning a soap handmade with pure ingredients, then the cutting, stamping and curing to the final labeling -it's a minimum 6 week incubation.

Fortunately, most of us who make homemade soap for a living find that each step of the process brings it's own sense of joy & satisfaction.

Poor Mick, I guess he wasn't a soap maker! ;)

I am also a soap maker. I make natural soaps that contain vegetable oils and herbs. I understand the satisfaction that it gives at each phase of making soap.

Oh my goodness--those are seriously the most gorgeous soap packages ever! I've racked my brain forever trying to come up with a vintage theme and you've nailed it! True satisfaction. :)

Congrats on 10 years, you started the same year my sister and I did. Love the new packaging for your soaps. So pretty. I know people have no idea all the work that goes into the final product.

Amy: Thanks so much, I've been trying for YEARS -but I do love these, too! :)

Michelle: Thanks Michelle, I didn't realize you guys started at the same time. Time flies when you're making soap, doesn't it? :)

Miss Polly: Thanks so much m'dear! I've been collecting these and working on them for a while now. It's a work in progress, and I have several more to add to the line...if only there were more hours in the day! ;)

Mary: Thanks! :)

Jen: Thanks so much, and yep -I've been tweaking again. You know how I am! LOL

Hi Michele: Thank you Sweetie. :) No more tweaking for me -honest! I will be adding more "Heirloom Beauties" labels to the line...kinda like tweaking, but not exactly... ;)
