Handmade Christmas Soaps are here!

Handmade Christmas Soaps are here!

There are few things I enjoy more than freely expressing my faith through my work. (Being self-employed does have it’s advantages!)

Christmas seems like one of the best times to do so, as with all the hustle and bustle and secular distractions….well, it can take a person’s mind off of what Christmas truly celebrates -the birth of Our Savior, Jesus Christ.

It’s this most blessed event which I hope to convey (albeit with the most humble of materials -soap) in this year’s Christmas Gift Set from Heirloom Soapworks:

True Christmas by Heirloom Soapworks

This set includes three full-sized bars of natural soap, with the tangy-sweet scents of citrus and pine.

Whether you’re looking for a gift for your Pastor, Sunday School Teacher, or a favorite brother or sister in the faith, this set is sure to be appreciated!

Reserve yours now on our Facebook page, as supplies are very limited.

Happy Soaping everyone!  ~Becky

Soaps for the Holydays!

A few of our 2011 Christmas Soaps that were poured on All Saints Day:

"Luke 2:12"

"Luke 2:10"
"Matthew 2:2"

"The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light....for unto us a child is born,
to us a son is given;  and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace" -Isaiah 9:2,6.

Merry Christmas, soap fans!

Natural Soap For the Holidays: "Pumpkin Pie" & "Tannenbaum"

Last year Heirloom's Holiday Natural Soaps went over big with our customers, so I've been busy creating a couple of new varieties to add for 2011:

Tannenbaum Natural Soap from Heirloom Soapworks
"Tannenbaum" is colored with therapeutic Cambrian Blue Clay and scented with essential oils of Austrian Fir Needle and Spearmint. While these bars are decorative and make festive gifts, they are formulated (as are all of our soaps) with skin-care first and foremost: no synthetics, detergents, parabens, or "fragrance", not tested on animals, and are 100% natural.

These bars are extra-large at a whopping 6.3 oz. each.  These will be ready to ship on Nov.1

Up next "Pumpkin Pie" Natural Soap:

"Pumpkin Pie" Natural Soap from Heirloom

Another new soap for the season is "Pumpkin Pie" Natural Soap.  With skin-friendly ingredients: olive oil, coconut oil, honey and essential oils this soap will care for hands & body as it decorates your bath or powder room!  As always, they contain no synthetics, detergents, parabens, or "fragrance", are not tested on animals, and are 100% natural.

I'm a bit anxious about getting these out of the molds...but I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

Slices should be ready to ship around Nov. 11th.

For those who read the entire post, I'm doing a giveaway of Holiday Soaps for two lucky soap fans.  Up for grabs is 1 bar of Tannenbaum Natural Soap and 1 bar of Pumpkin Pie Natural Soap.  I will draw 2 names from those who comment on this post (or the sister post at heirloomnaturalsoap(dot)com) on Monday.  The first name drawn will win the Tannenbaum Soap and the second name drawn will win the pumpkin pie soap.  So, to enter for a chance to win, simply leave a comment below and you'll be entered.  Good Luck to all!
